A new time measurement for enterprise IT project... "Enterprise year".
One enterprise year is equivilant to three to five human year, depends on the size of the enterprise.

The "Enterprise year" (EY)this explains everything.

The ratio of EY to human years is directly proportional to the number of layers of middle management.

By the same formula, the EY for a sole proprietorship is commonly a fraction of a human year. Sort of like a mayfly.
